WELL ME AND ERIKA HAVE BEEN BUSTING BUTT ALL WEEK AND I MYSELF AM DOWN 2 POUNDS. ERIKA IS DOWN 0 THOUGH. OUR HARDEST PART IS THE EATING. IT'S SO HARD WHEN IT COMES TO FOOD FOR US. WE HAVE BEEN DOING 40 MINUTES OF CARDIO 3 DAYS A WEEK AND 30 MINUTES OF WEIGHT TRAINING 3 DAYS OF WEEK. THIS COMING WEEK WE ARE GOING TO BE DOING OUR CARDIO STILL BUT WE ARE SWITCHING THE WEIGHTS WITH LATIN DANCING. WE ARE SO EXCITED TO TRY IT. I MEAN COME ON, HAVE YOU SEEN THE GIRLS FROM DANCING WITH THE STARS. WOW!! WE WANT THAT FROM DANCING TOO. WE STILL YET TO HAVE TO POST OR PICTURES, WE' LL HAVE THEM UP SOON THOUGH. AS FOR OUR CURRENTS AND OUR GOALS WELL... MY CURRENT WEIGHT IS 216 AND MY GOAL IS 120. ERIKAS CURRENT WEIGHT IS 225 AND HER GOAL IS 150 TO 160.
